ListView: ListViewItemStyle should have VerticalContentAlignment property

In Android text in ListViewTextCell can not center aligned and can not change alignment of any direction.
iOS it seems OK

Hi Shalin,

Thank you for sending this feature request. I updated its status to "Approved" as we agree it would be a nice addition to the ListViewItemStyle options. We'll keep an eye on this item and will schedule it according to the demand.
