Add date/time picker controls for Xamarin Forms

Add controls to selecting dates/times that also support null or blank values.  Currently the DatePicker control that is provided as part of Xamarin Forms doesn't allow for a null or blank date.
Provide the ability to select date and time in single UI.

We're planning to ship an initial version of Date/Time picker control with the upcoming official release.

This will be very beneficial if the control will support null values (with a clear button) and also supports DateTimeOffset

Hi Greg,

Thank you for sending this feature request.  I've updated its status to "Approved" as we consider a date/time picker would be a valuable addition to our suite. We will keep an eye on this item and will plan such a component if there is demand.
