SlideView: Indicator Size Customization Option
Expose a property to set the SlideView Indicator diameter/size, just like you can already do for the SlideView buttons.

Actually, the indicator is presented by a char symbol, so you could set its Size through the IndicatorFontSize/SelectedIndicatorFontSize properties. Additionally you could customize it using IndicatorText/SelectedIndicatorText and IndicatorTemplate/SelectedIndicatorTemplate properties.
