Hi Yana
Thanks for the update. We're not using these controls any longer so it's all good.
Cheers

Hi Craig,
Thank you for your input. Indeed, you could also have something like "OK" to appear instead. This issue is still not planned due to other high priority issues.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Hi Stefan
This is basically what I have in place in some of my screens now. It actually looks better to have "OK" appear, than to have empty lines inserted after every single control causing the screen to stretch for some invisible reason.
Cheers

Hello,
Though I have provided some information regarding the issue in the ticket where we are discussing it, I will include the information here as well so that other members are informed.
Basically, the items are prioritized in our backlog and we have been working on other issues/features with higher priority so we did not have the chance to review this behavior. We hope we will be able to investigate it as soon as possible. In the meantime, a workaround which seems to work in a sample I have tested with is to set an empty space as a positive message. For example:
[StringLengthValidator(5, 5, "Please enter a 5 digit zip code", " ")]
I hope this information will be useful.

This item was logged 3 months ago. What is the progress on this?

How are we going with this issue? Is there any chance we may avoid the unnecessary and unsightly clutter before we go live in January?
Cheers
