Declined: Internally under the hood the ListView is using this strategy for optimizations. Therefore we do not plan to introduce such property, but rather improve the performance of the ListView with large collection. 
Therefore it would be great if you can open a support ticket with more information on your setup so we could provide you with workaround (if possible) and have it in mind when improving the performance.
