Add UI for Xamarin item to the Telerik Code Library

Please add a UI for Xamarin option in the Telerik Code Library (http://www.telerik.com/support/code-library).

Currently, it only has the following products:

Kendo UI
UI for ASP.NET AJAX
UI for ASP.NET MVC
UI for PHP
UI for JSP
UI for Silverlight
UI for WPF
UI for WinForms	
Reporting
Data Access
Test Studio

For the time being, I may suggest using the SDK examples we provide and if one wants to contribute, you can submit a request in the repo: https://github.com/telerik/xamarin-forms-sdk
