Calendar: Add functionality to scroll to the first available event when in DayView mode
With the current implementation of the control, if you have events later in the day - the user needs to scroll down so that they are shown. We can consider adding a mechanism to show the first available event or expose methods to bring a specific event into view.

Hey guys,

Thank you for your comments.

Mark, the scenario you've described, although refers to scrolling in DayView mode, is a separate functionality, that's why I logged it as a new feature request and added a vote on your behalf. You can subscribe to the item below in order to receive notifications for status changes:

There is another similar requirement to consider. Many (most?) calendar users do not schedule appointments between 12am and the start of their day. It would be great to have a calendar functionality that supports either scrolling to the first scheduled appointment, or to a set time whether or not an appointment is scheduled there. The latter is the most common expected behavior for scheduling a new day, for example. This might need to be more of a property-style implementation than a method-style, since it feels like these might want to be mutually exclusive and "permanent" for the given use of the calendar. E.g. I would most often use the calendar control and set it to "always start at 7am", rather than the current default "always start at 12am", or the proposed "always start at first scheduled appointment".

I would also like the day view to scroll to the first appointment.
