Hello Narender,

Thank you for the provided information. We will have it in mind.

Please note that in my reply from 3rd of April I didn't commit that the feature is scheduled for R3 2019. I wrote "hopefully we may schedule it for the R3 2019 Official Release."

I understand this is an essential feature for you, and I agree it would be quite usable in certain scenarios. Still, for the upcoming R1 2020 release it is not included in our planning as we have other features with higher priority/demand. Please follow the feedback item to get notified on any updates regarding the feature.

Hi Didi,

We have a ListView which can get quite long sometimes with lot of data and is now sorted from A-Z. The jump list feature would really help the user to scroll through, instead of search bar on top. And the UI looks lot cleaner with the Jump list feature.

May I know why this feature was not included in R3 2019 as mentioned earlier?

Thank you,

Narender

Hi Narender,

Thank you for your feedback.

I am afraid this feature is not included in our plans for the R1 2020 Release. I can assure you that the feedback item status will be updated when there is any progress on it.

In the meantime could you please elaborate more how the JumpList should behave and the scenario you want to achieve?

Can you please include this in your next release or provide us an estimate?

We are waiting on this to redesign our app UI.

Hi Narender,

Currently this feature is not in our immediate plans for the upcoming R2 2019 release. Still, we're are keeping an eye on the item and we'll update it once we schedule the feature for implementation. I can assure you that I have raised its priority and hopefully we may schedule it for the R3 2019 Official Release.

In the meantime, you could check the RadlistView DelegateGroupDescriptor. This descriptor enables you to group by a custom key (e.g. some complex expression combining two or more properties) instead of being limited by the value of a single property.

Is there any update on this?

It's almost two years that It has been asked for and 1 year since it has been approved.
