ListView: Add option to restrict the swipe distance on all platforms
On UWP and Android the item can be swiped beyond the SwipeOffset property. Add option to restrict the swiped distance to the SwipeOffset value.

Hello Patrick,

I am so sorry to hear about the negative experience you've had with RadListView on Android.

We have this issue with SwipeOffset logged separately and I've raised its priority per your report, here is the feedback item:

We will definitely look into it at the earliest opportunity.

I was really disappointed when I had the iOS app running beautifully then the Android version just fell to pieces when the swipe glitched out and behaved completely differently.

This has caused us lost time as we will need to look at an alternative approach for Android now.

Please consider making this a higher priority!

Hello David,

I agree with this, still, I am afraid the feature request is not in development yet. I've raised its priority as per your comments and as soon as we start working on it, its status will be updated.

The purpose of Xamarin Forms is to have the same behavior on all platforms, otherwise we'll code twice.

Hi guys,

Thank you for your comments.  Currently this functionality is not in our immediate plans for the upcoming release, but we will keep an eye on the item and we'll have it in mind when planning our tasks for the future releases. As you're following the item, you will receive a notification as soon as there is any progress on it.

Swiping constraints:
Enable/Disable Left Direction
Enable/Disable Right Direction
Set Max Right Swipe
Set Max Left Swipe

Some of our lists items have an unbalanced number of buttons to be revealed by swiping, e.g. |[Delete] ------------- [View][Export]|

Other times we may only have buttons on the left or right side, e.g.
|------------[View][Export]|

It would be desirable to independently constrain the swipe for either direction.

Our testers are spamming the swipe feature which really turns this beautiful listview into a bug prone nightmare. we need a fix or workaround for this right away

@Rosy, You must be massively using the RadListView, most of features you need with it are also what I need.
