ListView: Add Commands
Add MVVM friendly commands for all list view interaction events: ItemTapped, ItemSwipeStarting, ItemSwiping, ItemSwipeCompleted, RefreshRequested

Hello Nathaniel,

Yes, commands are already available in RadListView for Xamarin.  You can learn more about them here: ListView: Commands Support.

This would be a great addition to the library.  The ListView being as common as it is, it would make sense to have it more readily amenable to use in the MVVM architecture.
