Expose API for series items label formatting in the chart.

It would be great if the user can bind the labels to a property from the view model. For example, a PieChart that shows a category as a label.

Would really like this to be implemented.  Eliminating the ".0" from a number and controlling font color/size would be helpful and add professionalism to our charts.
