Executive Dashboard shows projects in the dropdown, even if they do not have results. We would like to remove them from that list.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect Test Studio project to scheduling server.
2. Execute a test list remotely. Project shows in the Executive Dashboard.
3. Delete results from Test Studio -> Results tab.
4. Go to Executive Dashboard and check the Selected Project list.
