Exported Test List results of re-run failed tests

I have a test list where there are few tests in it and its set to re-run failed tests. If a test fails it re-runs and passes after re-run but the entire test list is marked as failed in HTML results.

The same test list is showing green (passed) in Test Studio and Executive Dashboard. The issue is only in the exported results.

Hi Rohan,

The bug related to passing test lists with the re-run option was fixed with the official Test Studio release 2022 R1. Please update to that version of latest to get the fix.

Thank you for sharing details about your use case and how this bug affects your team. I understand that the exported HTML results are important for you and I recognize that there is a bug in this behavior.

I want to assure you that we are currently investigating the issue with priority. It depends on the technical depth and impact of a potential fix, whether we will be able to provide you custom build, or if we can include it in the next release or service pack update.

At this point I can't estimate or promise what the result of the investigation will be. Please keep following this public item for any updates of the status or comments from our side.

Is there a possibility to provide a patch or a fix for this bug ? We are using our inhouse dashboard for displaying test results which 100% depends on html results posted by Test studio. Since these results aren't accurate enough we are seeing failures for tests which we should be seeing because its re-run had passed. It would really helpful to have a patch for this bug fix rather than waiting or next TS release

If this could be fixed sooner it would be good because this is affecting reliability on automation results.
