HTML output is empty for specific test executed from CLI runner

A specific test cannot generate the output html file correctly when using the html option for CLI execution with ArtOfTest.Runner.exe.

Hi Mark,

The misbehavior was addressed in Test Studio release 2021 R2 published on 27. July 2021 (v.2021.2.727).
