Not able to install Telerik Test Studio

Hello Jyotsna,

I am sorry to hear about the encountered troubles during the installation. Based on the information you shared it is not immediately clear what is causing this issue and I will your help to investigate it further.

Please make sure that you have internet access on the machine, where you want to install Test Studio via the Progress Web Installer and try again. If you encounter any troubles, gather and attach the full installation log (should be located in "%programdata%\Progress\Installer\Logs"), as .zip file. I will explore it and provide additional guidance.
