To have Excel format test results to be as detailed as HTML format

Hi,

Is it possible to have the Test List result in Excel format to be as detailed as HTML format?

Is there any particular reason for the results in Excel format to be so simplified?

Management level would prefer to be able to filter results conveniently in Excel meanwhile the results reporting in Excel is overly summarized.

It would be great if we are able to view which steps fail with details in Excel format too.

Hello Yan Jun,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We will look into it and put it on our roadmap for future releases.

I want to mention that with the next release of Test Studio, later this year, we plan to include a new feature for monitoring test results. The new Results server will allow you to easily check the execution results from test lists across different projects from the one single web interface. So, keep an eye for that feature soon.
