Hi Jason,

The functionality in regards to Jira Cloud integration has been improved in our latest release of Test Studio version 2019.3.1002. The authentication process uses username and Jira Token instead of password. Please update to the latest release and try to connect your Test Studio project to Jira cloud.

Before we mark this bug as resolved, there are some small UI improvements planned for our next major release or service pack.

Thank you for your understanding.

Regards,

Has this been fixed yet? I am running into the same issue. I am currently on a license trial using version 2019.2.619.0

Hi Yeghishe,

Unfortunately this is not fixed yet. The problem is that they changed the authentication mechanism in Jira Cloud and we will have to implement a new feature in Test Studio product.

Once done this item will be updated.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
