Support request body data in formats other than plain text (e.g. form-data, x-www-form-urlencoded)

Currently the request body supports only plain text.
Add other formats like form-data or x-www-form-urlencoded.

this feature is already implemented in 2016.3.1117.0 Internal Build Release.

Also it will e better if we support form data and apply various of transformation on the body content.
