Hello,

We've investigated the behavior and indeed this is very strange problem, we cannot get the content of the frame where the divs are located, thus you get the behavior that the element is not found. We've submitted this to our engineering team and raised the priority. Unfortunately until this is fixed we can only suggest you to use Blind MouseClick as a workaround. More information you can find using the following article:

https://docs.telerik.com/teststudio/troubleshooting-guide/test-execution-problems-tg/invoke-blind-mouse-click

Please note that the blind click depends on the resolution and if you execute your test on multiple monitors with different resolution you may still get failures.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hi, Ivaylo,

I've attached the specific project again that Nikolay initially reviewed. Using the test script "Production Map Tool Test", it will always fail, regardless of browser, at step 16, which is the first element accessed within a frame.

Given your comment, I thought perhaps the latest version would had solved the problem we are facing but not so according to my testing today.

We cannot automate testing on our map tool, particularly in test lists, which is a significant problem for us.

Perhaps you could take a look again? This would be much appreciated. We have a lot of time and effort invested in Test Studio.

Thank you.
