Steps to reproduce: 

1. Open the attached script and execute it with IE

2. Opening the downloaded file will reproduce the error that some of the file's content is corrupted and if recovery is required.

3. Running the same script in Chrome or manually does not generate such error and opens the downloaded file successfully.
