Data driven test using a local data source. If the columns in the grid are reordered the test is not marked as dirty and the change is not being saved. 

Steps to reproduce: 

1.  Open a test
2.  Choose 'Local data'
3.  Add a columns and drag and drop an existing column in a different place in the table.
4.  Save the test.
5.  Close and reopen the test or project.
6.  Browse to 'Local data'.
7.  Column order change was not stored, the column order reverts back to the original order.
