This happens only when Test Studio is installed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Web Application in Visual Studio.
2. Right click on the project and click unload.
3. Right click and load it again.

Actual: An error dialog appears: "A project with that name is already opened in the solution"

Expected: The solution should be loaded again.

The workaround is to close and open the solution again.
