Data driven find logic// Only one attribute could be data driven
Currently only one of the attributes within an element's find expression could be data bound.

It would be useful to be able to data bind multiple attributes at the same time.

Hello Joshua,

This feature request is still in the backlog of Test Studio, but we have not yet planned it for the upcoming releases. The implementation will take a lot of resources and time, which is one of the main reason that we have not started. You can follow this public item and you will get notifications for its progress.

Although it is not possible to data drive more than one element filter in the find logic from the Edit Element menu, you can do that in a coded step. If you are interested in this approach and you need any help, please submit a support ticket and we can work together on that.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Regards,

5 years later, I'm a bit surprised this is not possible.

I've just run into a situation where I would like to be able to do this (again). I am trying to loop through the contents of a table, and I need to be able to data bind the row (tr) and column (td) in the find logic. Is there a plan to include this feature soon?
