Remote execution of a dynamic test list duplicates randomly part of the included tests

Dynamic test list randomly duplicates the including tests executions when ran remotely/scheduled. The test list was deleted and newly created, the latest test project files are uploaded, the database was dropped and none of these changed the behavior of the test list execution. 

It is not consistent to execute a test more than once in a test list run.

Telerik: we have identified a possible problem that can lead to this unexpected behavior and implemented a fix for it. Please try it out with our next internal product release planned to be out in Nov 2016 to see if this addresses issue at your end.
