Make Tests that are hung up on agents fail after a configurable amount of time. This might be an existing setting that is not functioning correctly.

We also occassionally have test studio hang up during a test list execution against our application. The application is not frozen, nor is test studio. It just sits and does nothing until we manually intervene. Not sure how to reproduce this however.

This happens on the agents, but in the latest build I have noticed that the scheduler shows an agent as having work, when it doesnt and does not issue it work.

We have agents that do not respond, you have to manually reboot the agent to get the result. Is there a way to set the timing to fail the test so it can report results to the scheduler?

Please provide more details with this request, also please clarify: are you referring to load testing or scheduling?
