Test execution start of a WPF application is slower

There is an execution delay when using version 2016.2.630.0 (official release). There is no such delay if using version 2016.1.330.0 (official release).

Hello,

Just to clarify - this is a custom build on top of the official R2'2016 release so one can safely use them until upgrade to newer internal or official builds.

We have resolved this issue. Please contact our support if you need a build containing the fix. Alternatively you can wait for the next internal build.
