mobile app can not run for recording
Dear Sir/Madam
We are trying to record the test scenarios of our Android mobile application with your software. According to the tutorial page about instrumentation, we have instrumented our program code to record the scenarios with the TestStudio software. All the preparation stages are carried out successfully according to the tutorial. However, upon the connection between TestStudio and the mobile phone, while we click on the record button and specifying the application id, our configured program is shown up for a short time period and is suddenly closed without any error. It is worth mentioning that the process has no problem with the demo program provided in your website. 
I would appreciate if you could help us.
