Handle dialog step is recorded even the recording is paused

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to a page where you can download a file from.

2. Pause the recording.

3. Click the download link and save the file.

Expected: The download dialog step is not recorded.

Actual: A download dialog step is recorded.

Telerik: this is fixed now in Firefox/Chrome browsers and download dialog step is not recorded in paused state anymore. The fix will be available in our next product release planned to be out by the end of July 2016.
