TestList Owner is not persisted
Steps to replicate:

1. Set Owner for Test List.

2. Save all.

3. Restart the project and open the test list

Expected: The owner to be persisted.

Actual: It is not.

Telerik: the issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next product release planned in May 2016
