In WPF application - handling "Open File" dialog step does not apply "InitializationTime" option

When handling "Open File" dialog in Test Studio WPF test - the "InitializationTime" option does not apply if changed.

Telerik: the issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next product release planned to be out by the end of May 2016
