Test Studio becomes unresponsive by attempting to upgrade a customer project
After upgrading to latest release a customer reports he is not able to upgrade a particular quite large project. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the particular project and Test Studio detects automatically that it should be upgraded. 

2. Tests are upgraded and loaded in the project explorer after a while. 

Expected behavior: To be able to use the project. 

Actual behavior: All Test Studio controls are greyed out and unresponsive. Test Studio can be only closed by killing the process.
