Steps to reproduce:

1. Define Base Url for your project/ test case.
2. Insert 'Navigate to' step using the step builder and specify the partial url 
3. Record needed steps.
3. Try to edit some element (right click on element -> Edit element -> Find in the live version -> Choose Test Step).

Expected behavior: Test Studio navigates to the element so you can edit it

Actual behavior: Test Studio Intro html is loaded awaiting for initial recording
