When run a multiple level test (i.e. Test A calls Test B, which calls Test C) with coded steps the test as steps are not executed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and open the attached project.
 
2. Open and run ~Run test.

3. If the first step is run (Non coded step) all the test as step are executed.

4. If the second step is run (coded step) the test as steps are not run.
