Nothing recorded in load test after handling download dialog
When using an existing web test which contains a Handle Download Dialog, recording of the user profile stops as soon as the download dialog is successfully handled. None of the follow on test steps are executed during recording. As a result what you end up with is an incomplete user profile.

Sample web test to reproduce the problem is attached.

Telerik: actually after further investigation there is no problem with traffic record after a download dialog is being handled (you can try clearing the cache and navigating to a different url after the download dialog step to see if the request is captured), so the problem is something different. Please use our support system again to get to the specifics of your case.
