Unable to access Severity/Status connecting to TeamPulse with user without admin permissions

- Add a user as Team Member and not Project Admin to a TP server's project

- Connect to the TP server from Test Studio

Expected: Get a project as well as list of severity and status values

Actual: The user gets the project but not the list of severity and status value

Telerik: the issue has been fixed in TeamPulse side not to require Project Administrator permissions in order to change Severity/Priority. The fix will be included in official TeamPulse release planned in January 2016.
