Highlighting with Firefox doesn't work on specific customer's website
Steps to reproduce:

1.Using Mozilla Firefox navigate to : https://test.salesforce.com/

2. Try to highlight an element

Expected behavior: To be able to highlight an element

Actual behavior: Highlighting is not working

Telerik: now the highlighting works on the login form, but not for the whole start page. The problem is related to the same-origin policy of browsers - there is a security limitation in Firefox for cross domain iframes, which is exposed here. A workaround is to configure the server and allow CORS for testing purposes. You can use Internet Explorer or Chrome (working version of the latter will be available in our latest product release planned in May 2016).
