The way currently Test Studio works with Remote Scheduled run using external references is the following: you must have any assemblies being referenced inside your project root directory in order for them to be deployed when running remotely, which requires additional changes at customers site to comply with this requirement. There should be an out of the box way to deploy proper references without user additional interaction.
