Type: Feature Request
1
Improve Test Studio and VS synchronization when editing code files directly
When using the visual studio plug-in, if you update coded files (anything ending in .tstest.cs), when you open your project back up in TS standalone IDE, the changes you made to any given coded file will not automatically be detected so you must open up every .tstest file corresponding to the .tstest.cs files you changed in visual studio, and only then will the IDE see the changes

Hi,

The initial feature request item was logged publicly on behalf of a customer, who had contacted the Test Studio team back then in 2015. So, it is just a coincidence that Dani had both logged the request and verified its implementation nowadays.

Please, do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any questions in regards the current item or Test Studio in general.

Regards,
Elena Tsvetkova

In latest Test Studio versions this behavior is properly handled by marking tests dirty and saving them all in Test Studio will reflect changes made from Visual Studio IDE.
