Resizing the Description column in Test Lists Test's grid is not working 
Steps to reproduce:



1. In Test Studio go to the Test Lists tab.

2. In the Test grid try shrinking the Description column and then stretch it.



Expected behavior: To be able to shrink and stretch the Description column.

Actual behavior: You are able to shrink the column but you cannot stretch it.

Telerik: the issue is fixed and solution will be available in our next internal product release planned in Dec 2015.
