Refresh button should also refresh the TFS status of the project
When the project is checked out not from Test Studio you should close and reopen the project so the TFS status is updated.

Please add that functionality in the Refresh button.

Re-wording:  When the project is checked out not from Test Studio you should not have to close and reopen the project so the TFS status is updated.
