Text cursor is not visible in the Manual Test Notes panel

The text cursor (i.e. current position) is not visible in the Notes panel in a manual test.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a manual test

2. Add a note

Actual behavior: the text cursor is not visible

Expected behavior: you should be able to see the text cursor

This behavior has been fixed and included in the latest internal build we released in the end of July.

Hello,

That appeared to be a problem in RadRichTextBox which we submitted on the feedback portal accordingly:
http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/143/Feedback/Details/186104-caret-of-the-rich-text-box-is-not-visible-on-initial-load

Hopefully that can be solved for the control so that Test Studio Manual Test Notes panel can be fully functional.
