Repro steps:


1. Create a new test with 40 steps.
2. Adjust Test Studio window height to display 20 of them
3. Scroll down to end so that step 40 is showing.
4. Delete step 21 (at top of page). Step 17 is now under pointer (instead of new step 21).
5. Delete step 30 (middle of page). Step 29 is now under pointer (instead of new step 30).
6. Scroll down to last step (now step 38).
7. Delete step 38. Pointer ends up over step 34 (instead of step 37, which is the new last step)regards.
