When recording Silverlight OOB does not detect internet connection
Steps for repro:

Application  available at avantmediamanager.com, use credentials in the internal description for the login. 

Configure the application for testing and try to record a login scenario. The application prompts that there is no internet connection.

Telerik: Unfortunately, this is expected behavior for this specific case with our current implementation. The reason is that we are modifying the source path in the index file of SL OOB application to be local path, so we are able to start the recording. The work around is to use SL OOB in browser similar to this example: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2958866/is-it-possible-to-launch-a-silverlight-4-oob-application-from-a-web-page.
