Cannot submit ticket using the Help tab, text message area is disabled
Using the help tab in Test Studio hit Submit ticket. All dropdowns and input fields are active except the message area, which is disabled. Refer to the screenshot attached.

Telerik: it this issue still valid? We are no longer able to reproduce this locally. Closing feedback, will reopen in case it is still valid.
