Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and open the attached project.
2. Click RunToHere on the last (7) step in IE 9.

Actual: 3 IE 9 windows are opened. The recorder is attached only to the first window, there is no recorder attached to the 2nd window and 
the 3rd window appears to be connected, but user cannot access any of the controls.

Expected: All 3 windows should have a recorder.
