Cannot run tests in FF on specific customers machine
On a specific customers machine, when you try to execute a test in Firefox, the browser launches and sits there showing "Preparing browser...". After just 5 seconds Test Studio gives up reports "timed out waiting for browser to connect". What's really strange is that recording in Firefox works just fine.

He's using Firefox 35.0.1 and I verified he's using the correct Firefox browser extensions. He's also using Symantec Endpoint Protection, which doesn't give a problem on other customer machines.

Attached is the Test Studio application log showing it's attempt to connect to the browser. Notice how fast it is giving up. Attached to the internal problem report is a video of this particular attempt.

The problem should be fixed in the latest Test Studio 2015 R1 official release.
