On a specific customers machine, when you try to execute a test in Firefox, the browser launches and sits there showing "Preparing browser...". After just 5 seconds Test Studio gives up reports "timed out waiting for browser to connect". What's really strange is that recording in Firefox works just fine. He's using Firefox 35.0.1 and I verified he's using the correct Firefox browser extensions. He's also using Symantec Endpoint Protection, which doesn't give a problem on other customer machines. Attached is the Test Studio application log showing it's attempt to connect to the browser. Notice how fast it is giving up.
