pop-off windows

The windows in the IDE (Properties, Elements, etc) need to be movable and have the ability to be popped off the main window.

Telerik: the feature is implemented in our latest 2015 releases

Hi, we are curently working on this. The feature will be shipped with the next official Test Stuido release, expected in March.
