This is a problem with the latest Chrome 39.0.2171.99 build.

There is an inconsistency in the DOM tree and highlighting and recording in popups are broken.

There is already a fix in Test Studio Recorder, so we can work with the latest Chrome. The fix is included in the next Test Studio internal build, expected on the 15th of January.
