Navigate step fails in Chrome against a specific site
Steps to reproduce and access to the site are in the internal description. The exception follows:

The step will fail with: 
ExecuteCommand failed!

Telerik: the issue is fixed in our Chrome execution extension - please update it from Chrome (use Developer Mode Update Extensions http://docs.telerik.com/teststudio/troubleshooting-guide/browser-inconsistencies-tg/extensions-disabled-in-chrome and get version 2014.2.618.7) - it works for your site now.
