Document how to run tests using the new VSTest.Console.exe
Visual Studio 2012 introduced a new command line runner, VSTest.Console.exe http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj155796.aspx Test Studio works with it when given the right command line parameters, for example: vstest.console "Scratch Html Test.tstest" /inIsolation /settings:TestSettings2.testsettings /logger:trx
